Trip to Iowa, best friend Aliz and more mischief

We've been meeting David during his lunch hour at a park on base....





The tree is held up by wires, but the lower ornaments didn't stand a chance.

Jillian has developed an obsession with climbing...she can climb the shelves in the pantry, onto the couch/chairs/coffee tables, and yesterday, I caught her sitting on top of the dining room table.
She was sitting in this cabinet with the door closed and when I opened it, she said, "Hehwoh!"
While in Iowa for Thanksgiving, we spent a lot of time with cousin Aliz- they were so cute together!



This proved to be quite the challenge getting all 3 together and holding still for 1 SECOND!
I found this toy at a garage sale- she loves dragging it around, but hasn't figured out how to pull the cord yet.

The scissors attacked again!

Jillian is really interested in crawling into and sitting in things-pots and pans, boxes, baskets, drawers and the dryer.The endless hours of rocking/gliding Jillian to sleep has finally taken its toll on the glider- broken in 4 places!Yes, tragically, Jillian was viciously attacked by another pair of scissors- not me this time!! I think it was a combination of Jillian moving her head constantly and the stylist drinking espresso- at least she won't need another 'trim' for quite awhile!


Some of Jillian's favorite words include bye-bye, hiiiiiiiye, eeee (inky), elmo, and hello.

Halloween Costume Party: Kids VS. Adults

We went to our friend, Sofie's Birthday/Costume party-had a jumpy castle, lots of food and the cutest little kiddos!

We visited a 'pumpkin patch' to get a couple autumn pictures....

Jillian disappeared into the bathroom for too long- I was amazed she knew what to do with the toilet brush!
At least we were able to find SOME use for these outlet covers.....the ones with a push button must not be meant for 1 year olds!
She loves to find small confined areas to squeeze into.
